Abstract
A procedural handbook was developed to describe the standard operating procedures of the three Interim Schools Special Programs within the Seattle Public Schools. The handbook includes chapters on Interim School history, staffing, enrollment and attendance procedures, student rights and responsibilities, official records and forms, testing, curriculum, fiscal matters, emergency procedures, custodial and maintenance procedures, and communications. The resulting handbook provides a readily available file of relevant information and procedures on the operations of the school program.
