Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find information which would be of help to a building principal in carrying out his duties as supervisor and administrator of the educational program carried on in the building to which he is assigned. Three general areas which will be discussed are (1) special services, (2) extra curricular activities, and (3) schedule making.
