It Takes One to Know One: A Class Exercise in Mental Models
Department or Administrative Unit

This innovative exercise was shown to increase student learning through greater understanding of the concept and higher retention of knowledge. The results suggest that student critical thinking skills were enhanced by the awareness of their own vulnerabilities to mental models in decision making.
