Abstract
This paper presents a comparison of teacher attitudes regarding discipline in two different types of schools. The study was designed to make data available for possible school district organizational studies. Research was done to define discipline and construct a questionnaire. The survey was limited to six elementary schools in Richland, Washington.
Recommendations included one for further research in other school districts the find out more about teacher attitudes.
