Abstract

Undergraduate Research with faculty members continues to grow and becomes an increasingly significant part of active learning at Central Washington University. The Symposium on Undergraduate Research and Creative Expression (SOURCE) is intended to provide a unique opportunity for students to present their research and scholarly activities in collaboration with faculty members. The SOURCE also generates a common ground for interdepartmental and inter-disciplinary communications. The papers presented at the SOURCE represent only a fraction of the students actively participating in research and creative expression at Central. The SOURCE committee has actively supported, assisted to make this exciting event another success.
