Abstract
This project includes the selection, background research and documentation, casting, direction, and post-production analysis of Rockdale County High School's production of 1984. Documentation included research of the original novel, characters, past productions, and the structure of the play. A discussion as to the directorial vision and analysis in accordance with the Graduate Theatre Arts Program at Central Washington University is also included.
