Abstract
To develop a set of training regulations or rules for a football season as suggested by the high school football players, coaches and principals of Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan and Grant counties. It is the purpose of this study to determine what the individual athletes, coaches and principals believe to be a just set of training rules.
