Richard Moreno talks about his education and getting a masters degree in journalism from Columbia University, then early work as a newspaper reporter before moving into public relations for the Nevada Tourism Commission. Then he became publisher of Nevada magazine. He then talks about coming to Central and the many things he did while working in public affairs.
