Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present the efforts being made by the Kent School District to cope with the difficult problem of rapid expansion. The study is designed to: (a) show how the district is facing the many problems confronting them and (b) outline methods of implementing administrative and financial procedures which the writer believes are necessary in order to meet these expansion problems.
