Abstract
The purpose of this study was (1) to define the general areas that help determine teaching performance, (2) to find a way to evaluate these areas as objectively as possible, and (3) to devise a form on which the results can be placed and easily interpreted. The problem was to study methods of evaluating the teaching staff without endangering their morale, without criticism of favoritism, and with a final goal of detecting and correcting weaknesses in the teaching profession.
