Abstract
It was the purpose of this study (1) to identify the ten-year-old child by his growth and development; (2) to provide some teaching suggestions for aiding their growth and development in the classroom; (3) to provide a reference to aid the teacher in meeting these needs; and (4) to better inform the author of the characteristics of this age group.
