Abstract

The current paper is approached from the point of view of presenting a synthesis of the present status of studies in creativity and offering some guidelines for application of the studies to the work of the educator. These guidelines follow the threefold function of the guidance program but have reference to the wider scope of the entire school program. The study is an attempt to focus attention on the identification of creativity by the administrator, the teacher and the counselor for the sake of the child and for the good of society.
