Abstract
Many music teachers work in school systems that do not give the music departments enough financial support to implement effective programs. These teachers must seek more financial support if they are to accomplish their educational goals. The problem, therefore, was how to provide music specialists with promotional ideas for raising the funds necessary to operate effective music programs.
