Abstract
It was the purpose of this study to determine the role of the elementary principal in the school-community relations program. More specifically, the study considered the following questions: 1. What is the leadership function of the elementary principal in the school-community relations program? 2. What is the relationship of the elementary principal to teachers in the school-community relations program? 3. What is the relationship of the elementary principal to parents in the school-community relations program?
