Abstract
Credit card issuers are particularly aggressive in promoting their services on most campuses, and many of them induce students to apply by offering gifts. Too many college students fill their wallets with unneeded credit cards, which results in yet more "pre-approved" credit card applications in the mail. This makes students easy targets for identity thieves.
