Abstract
The purpose of this project was to evaluate teachers', students', and parents' opinions regarding effectiveness of an organizational skills notebook program initiated at Chinook Middle School during the fall of 1987. The survey method was utilized to collect data from all three groups being evaluated. A separate questionnaire addressing similar issues was developed for each of the three groups and mailed July 24, 1988 with a request to respond by August 6, 1988. Data collected from the questionnaires indicated strong overall support and suggestions for improvement of the organizational skills notebook program.
