Abstract

The purpose of this project was to develop a handbook to aid school administrators and designated personnel in the preparation and publication of a school newsletter. A properly created school newsletter is a valuable public relations tool. In the conception of any new project, a guide book can provide the needed outline, suggestions, and the encouragement to proceed. It is from this perspective that this project was undertaken.
