Abstract

Throughout the 1986-87 school year a series of data gathering devices were set into motion at Sterling Middle School in Eastmont School District located in East Wenatchee, Washington. Data were gathered in nine areas: Student Achievement, School Goals, Teachers, Students, Principal Leadership, Parents and Community, School Climate, Student Activities, Curriculum. This report is a culmination of the data.
