Native American woman named Nancy (The Oldest Settler) from Ellensburg, Washington. Inscription on the back of the photograph states that Nancy and her husband Toby resided in a teepee on the present site of Komola Hall (Central Washington University) when Barge Hall was being constructed in 1893.
