Description
Looking north from the intersection of Anderson and Sixth Streets, Barge Hall built in 1893 on the campus of the Washington State Normal School can be seen in the distance. Residential homes line the east side of Anderson Street with its newly planted shade trees. Unpaved streets and partial boardwalks showed that many city improvements were yet to come to Ellensburg.Postcard titled "Residence Street, Ellensburg, Wash."
