Abstract

This paper presents an examination of elementary school teacher reactions toward inservice and pre-service teacher training activities completed before and during the implementation of a new team teaching facility. The study established which of the pre-planned teacher determined objectives were accomplished. The study determined which inservice or pre-service activities contributed to the attainment of the accomplished teacher objectives.

Recommendations may give educators interested in team teaching a guideline based upon the opinions expressed by teachers working within a team program.
