Abstract

This paper presents a study of selected non-high school districts in the State of Washington to determine whether the districts were adequate in the programs they offer to pupils, the facilities encompassing their operations, and the efficiency of their operations. Data were collected and analyzed relative to numerous criteria established for various aspects of school operation. Conclusions and recommendations were given for each area of the study.
