Abstract

This study explores the results of the Work Incentive Program within the State of Washington and Chelan and Douglas Counties during the period from June 28, 1970, to June 28, 1972. An evaluation of the major program components at the local level as well as possible factors which contributed to the success of participants in the program suggest modifications in the implementation of future programs directed toward the disadvantaged.
