The selected aspects were (1) analysis and typing of business letters of selected styles and lengths, and (2) analysis and typing of tables of selected styles and lengths. the guide was developed, pilot tested, revised, retested, and field tested with seventy-four students with positive results.
Recommendations include additional testing comparing different methods of presentation of the selected aspects.
