Abstract
It is hoped that this study will enable the young teachers to enter into their vocation with more thought and ability and that it will provoke thinking and stimulate further study in the students for whom it is planned. They will have been alerted to the process of learning, the need of research, the necessity of ever changing equipment and materials. They will have been guided in some degree in method.
