Abstract
It was the purpose of this study to organize an effective music schedule which would help the music teacher to: (1) include music as a basic and accepted part of the total curriculum; (2) insure that music would stand in harmonious and consistent relationship to the total school curriculum within a six-period day; (3) provide a fine balance between all aspects of the music program; (4) serve a maximum number of students; (5) allow qualified and talented pupils to participate in both instrumental and vocal music.
