Abstract
The purposes of this study were to (1) investigate the various areas of learning presented to an intern in educational administration, (2) to develop examples of forms and procedures for study guides, and (3) to compile these experiences for presentation of An Operational Handbook to Guide the Administrative Intern. Hopefully the handbook will form a basic bridge between theory and practice.
