Abstract
The Middle East has experienced conflicts for decades. In particular, the ongoing conflict between the Israelis and Palestinians has destabilized the region. Ethnographic research may reveal insights into the origins and development of cultural conflicts. What are the advantages and disadvantages of searching the eHRAF Collection of Ethnography database to access ethnographic research describing the relationship between religious and political beliefs and practices among the Israelis and Palestinians?
