Verna (Lund) Mattielli discusses growing up on a dairy farm in the Nelson Siding area of Washington state. She also recalls logging, saw mills, and trapping in the Cle Elum and Roslyn areas. She discusses life during the Great Depression and the effect it had on her father’s dairy farm.
