Abstract
This presentation will be on the set up of servers, maintenance, and networking of a radio station. The presentation will also include information on the responsibilities of a broadcast engineer, streaming and bit rate encoding of music over radio waves, details of an Axia network, as well as the different parts necessary to help the network function correctly and optimally. Also discussed will be the importance of maintenance and network security within a radio station, an overall review of the different technology used on location at a radio station, and the events outside of the radio station.
