Abstract

The purpose of this project was to create an interactive web map to share what CWU has been doing in the realm of sustainability. The map shows CWU campus. Users can toggle different layers such as bike racks to see where they are located around campus. Clicking a map item displays a pop-up that will give more information on that feature. The project came about with support from the CWU Sustainability Cafes and a grant from The College of the Sciences. The project was created using web programming languages and open source mapping software. A usability survey was also completed to determine ease of use.
