Abstract

There are many different types of leadership styles, but transformational leadership is the most effective. Although transactional leadership allows for faster rewards for subordinates, transformational leadership connects the employee and the employer on a deeper level beyond tangible objects. There are four categories which make transformational leadership, Individual Caring, Intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and idealized influence. All four categories are effective in their own right and play a role in being a transformational leader. This presentation will dive in depth on transformational leadership through extensive research, popular movie film examples, and interviews of past and present leaders.
