Abstract
This report will conduct a financial evaluation of PNC corporation using a discounted cash flow analysis. The analysis will begin with information about what the company does, including a company understanding, the company’s market, and information about its competitors. I will also relay financial information pertaining to the company. I will research PNC’S financial statements, including PNC’s income, revenue, and cost growth. Other aspects of the company that will be analyzed include who is on the board of directors for PNC financials and their ownership level, the overall insider ownership level, the number of mutual funds owning PNC stock, and the amount of PNC stock being sold short. I will then use info discussed above to develop assumptions which relate to the forecasted cash flows and resultant valuation.
