The recommendations are the issues voted on during the Plenary Session of the Washington State Conference for Women held in Ellensburg July 8-10, 1977. This public document provides the recommendation and the chairperson connected to it, as well as the voting outcome from the conference. It also includes the minority resolutions of the Blue and White Coalition, which were not considered during the Plenary Session.
