Abstract
An extensive literature review supports the use of videos in the classroom. In addition, a criteria has been developed to aid teachers in selecting a video appropriate for teaching cultural understanding. Lastly, curricula for the gifted, average, and remedial students were designed incorporating a video, written literature, and teaching strategies in which the various student learning levels were considered.
