Abstract
This thesis is the report of a pilot study of team teaching at the primary level in the Quillayute Valley School District. The study was to support the need for teacher interaction in the team teaching program. The program was designed to teach seventy-five first grade students and eight disciplines using aides, remedial materials, and audiovisual equipment.
The program was under continuous evaluation by the team members during the planning sessions, classroom observations, and practical application of idea.
