Abstract
This paper presents briefs designed from court case materials found in the Washington Education Association legal files. The court cases resulted from the 1965 Professional Negotiations Law. This paper is intended for the use of Washington educators who are concerned about this State's future collective negotiation laws. Each case is briefed so the readers can determine: the facts leading tot he specific problems, the problems, the decisions of the court, and the rationale behind the court decisions.
