Abstract
The objective of this project is to develop a simple to read, easy to use, low cost program to teach ruler skills to one-fourth (1/4) inch. The program is one that the students are placed into and can progress at their own learning rate-child directed. Also, the program is to be of a manner that is straight forward and easy to follow so the reader does not have to spend time sifting through non-essential materials. The project is to be designed for problem learning students at the junior high level. However, the materials within should be applicable to any child ready to learn the ruler skills.
