Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop a School-to-Work transition curriculum to assist out-of-school youth in grades 6-12 formulate career pathways at Yakima Valley Opportunities Industrialization Center alternative schools, Yakima, Washington. To accomplish this goal, current research and literature on School-to-Work curriculum models, programs and certificate of mastery were reviewed. Additionally, selected materials were obtained from institutions across the United States with model School-to-Work curricula/programs in action.
