About the Journal
Journal of the Symposium of University Research and Creative Expression (SOURCE) is the official journal of the annual Symposium of University Research and Creative Expression (SOURCE) at Central Washington University (CWU). The journal is composed of projects registered at the most recent SOURCE. These include research manuscripts, poetry, prose, video and audio recordings of creative works or performances, and more.
SOURCE
SOURCE is an annual event that showcases all disciplines of research, scholarship, and creative activities and is open to all CWU students. SOURCE strives to create an equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment that applauds and values demonstrations of all disciplines and experience levels. SOURCE works to connect students with resources to aid them in their research as well as provide students a forum to present their findings in a professional and juried environment.

Open Access Publication
The Journal of SOURCE is an open-access publication via the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license, meaning that its content is freely available for the public to view online and download. Authors of articles published remain the copyright holders and grant third parties the right to use, reproduce, and share the article according to the Creative Commons license agreement.
Publication Frequency
The Journal of SOURCE (ISSN 2997-0059 [online]) is published annually in the fall by Central Washington University, Ellensburg, WA and is supported jointly by the Office of University Student Research, Office of Undergraduate Studies, and the CWU Libraries.
