Abstract
This project was developed to assist camp administrators in designing a camping program for mentally and/or physically handicapped youth and adults. This model camp project consists of: Pre-Camp Training, (4) Staff Manual, and (5) Evaluation Procedures. This material can be adpated to fit the needs of any camp that plans to serve the handicapped. The appendix of this project offers a sample camp operating budget, as well as a sample grant proposal application.
