Abstract
The benefits of balancing the physical, mental, and psychological well being of adolescents, was researched. Lesson plans with illustrations have been created, which can assist educators in incorporating yoga into the existing physical education curriculum. Instructions are given on how to use the lesson plans, how to adapt them, and suggestions for educators to create their own lesson plans.
