Abstract
While it is impossible to legislate goodness into human beings, it is quite possible through agreed-upon legislation to provide an educational program which will most certainly result in whatever degree of goodness is agreed upon as the objective or the educational goal. It is quite possible to make provisions for a world-wide educational program scientifically adapted to the similarities and differences of nations and various environments - an educational program which would, with the backing of agreed upon and enforced law, change social behavior to conform in general to Christian civilization, democratic society or to some other pre-determined pattern.
